My Trading Strategy :-
- I took some analysis before taking any position in commodity market.
- First fix my loss ratio
- My loss should be 2 to 5% maximum always.
- I should be very careful while taking position.
- Support and resistance is major role in commodity trading
- How you book profit and loss based on break out points.
- I never took any Gold and silver position..
- Copper, Nickel, Aluminium take positional trade, these are low risk commodities.
- Lead, Zinc are movements heavy nowadays.
- Crude oil & Natural Gas are positional will give good result. But we should be very careful.
- Dont trade blindly
- Stop Loss is very very Important.
- Without stop loss dont trade and dont loss big money in commodity trading.
Best example of commodity Trading :
One person I know who trade in commodity market, when he took a position in Silver
and He put stop loss around 200 Points... And put the Target 250 Points
200 points equal to 6000rs ... He was waiting long time for target and stop loss.
Market not even touch the target or stop loss. He removed stop loss and went to Coffee shop
then Market went against his trade, Silver fall around 1000 Points.. He made big loss that day.
So that I keep on saying to put Stop Loss.
